IMPORTANT NOTICE

Event registration is an automatic compliance with the terms of participation. With my signature I confirm that I am informed about my rights in relation to the personal data transmitted; that I can cancel my consent; that I can request access to my data, correction of these data and restrictions of their processing; that I can complain against processing of my personal data; that I have a right to object and make a complaint to the Information Commissioner.

I DO NOT GIVE CONSENT to the UL ZF to process my personal data for the purpose of keeping records about event participants; I do not give consent to the UL ZF to contact me either via email or phone to inform me about registration, timeline and programme of the event, to conduct satisfaction survey, or send any other material regarding the event. Therefore I do not give consent to UL ZF to process my personal data for marketing purposes and to inform me either via email or phone of upcoming seminars, events and activities organized by the faculty.
